The Real Federacion de Karate Española (FEK)is the only government recognised body for karate in Spain.
The FEK is a member of the World Karate Federation (WKF) and the European Karate Federation (EKF).
Washinkai Karate is a full member of the FEK, under the Federacion de Karate de la Communidad Valenciana.
