It is in this video that Sensei Thompson first introduces us to the concept of bunkai (kata application) and of the the three kata shown both Seipai and Seienchin have the bunkai explained in great detail. Including slow motion and an innovative "Split-Screen". The third kata Anan is shown in detail but without application.
The advanced pairs are from the Washinkai Black belt syllabus and covers the two Ushirogeri pairs and the Ohyo Gumite's 11 to 18.
